1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Parkiti, founded by Ayoub Aouidate, based in Morocco. For any question: hello@parkiti.app.
2. The data we collect
We only collect what you give us yourself, through two forms.

If automatic sign-up fails, you can confirm it via WhatsApp. The message is then sent from your own WhatsApp app.
Once the app launches, it may use your location (to show nearby guarded zones) and payment information. This data is used only to run your parking session. Card payments go through CMI: Parkiti does not store your card number.
3. Why we use it
- To notify you by WhatsApp or phone when Parkiti opens in your city.
- To prepare onboarding for partner guards (welcome, badge).
- To award the 20 dh offer to the first 100 drivers who sign up.
- To publish your review on the site, with your first name, after review by the team. You give your consent by ticking the box in the form.
We never sell your data and never use it for other companies' advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Your data is stored with Google Firebase (Firestore), our database hosting provider. It processes the data on our behalf and according to our instructions. The site itself is hosted by a web hosting provider.
We may also disclose data if a competent authority legally requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Waitlist data is kept until Parkiti launches in your city, then for as long as you use Parkiti or until you ask us to delete it. Published reviews stay online until you ask us to remove them.
6. Your rights
Under Moroccan law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you may at any time:
- access your data and have it corrected;
- ask for it to be deleted, or for your review to be removed;
- object to its use.
Write to us at hello@parkiti.app with the name and number you used to sign up. You can also contact the CNDP, the Moroccan data protection authority (cndp.ma).
7. Security
Traffic to the site goes over HTTPS and access to data is limited to the Parkiti team. No system is infallible, but we keep the data we collect to the strict minimum.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated. For a significant change, we will notify you directly.
